Kitman Labs’ VP of Operations, Kevin McLaughlin recently caught up with Charlie Higgins, Head of Athletic Performance for Leinster Rugby. In this podcast, Charlie and Kevin discuss their respective experiences within Rugby Union, particularly around the evolution and application of technology to support athlete performance.
Charlie Higgins is well respected within the performance industry, having worked in professional rugby (both the Southern and Northern hemisphere) for 18 years, whilst Kevin previously played at an elite level for 8 years, representing both Leinster Rugby and Ireland’s national team.
More than Equal’s mission is to close the gender gap in motor sports and find and develop the first female Formula 1 world champion. They will now have an advanced operating system to centralize data for female drivers participating in More than Equal’s pioneering Development Programme.
