PGMOL is charged with promoting excellence in football officiating across the Premier League, English Football League (EFL), Barclays Women’s Super League and Women’s Championship.

- Reviews: Reviews by performance support staff, aligned to the collaborative review and development efforts of performance coaches and match officials.
- Performance Medicine: Comprehensive tracking of injuries and illnesses alongside athlete medical screening information to ensure readiness and support health and wellness decision-making.
The ‘Intelligence Platform’ for PGMOL has been designed and configured to help develop and optimize the athletic and cognitive performance of match officials across multiple aspects of their professional journey, including medical care, sports science and operational support.
