Kitman Labs Inc. complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework (the “Privacy Shield”) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information transferred from the EEA to the United States, as described in our Privacy Shield certification.  Kitman Inc adheres to the principles contained in the Privacy Shield (the “Principles”).

In certain circumstances, the Privacy Shield provides the right to invoke binding arbitration to resolve complaints not resolved by other means, as described in Annex I to the Privacy Shield Principles. More than Equal’s mission is to close the gender gap in motor sports and find and develop the first female Formula 1 world champion. They will now have an advanced operating system to centralize data for female drivers participating in More than Equal’s pioneering Development Programme.
