Until now, there hasn’t been a standard, objective way to measure the value of sport science to real-world applications. And for practitioners, it is often difficult to know where to start, which variable to collect, and how to have a meaningful impact on training practices, players’ health, and overall team performance.
Kitman Labs has developed the Performance Science Index™ (PSI) to help practitioners:
