Through the partnership, Al Wasl will deploy Kitman Labs’ iP: Intelligence Platform across its academy, bringing player development, medical and performance workflows together in a single connected system. The platform gives the club’s coaches, sports medicine and performance staff a shared, real-time view of every player across its academy age groups.
A Unified System for Academy Development
Al Wasl’s academy spans age groups from U6 to U21. iP Core serves as the operational layer, with three Solutions running on top: Performance Medicine, an electronic medical record (EMR) purpose-built for sport that manages athlete health, treatment and return-to-play; Performance Optimization, which extends beyond a conventional athlete monitoring system (AMS) to plan, monitor and adapt training; and Coaching & Development, which structures each player’s development journey.
