The Premier League side will deploy Kitman Labs’ iP: Intelligence Platform across its first team, connecting it to the Academy infrastructure already operating on Kitman Labs technology through the Premier League’s Elite Player Performance Plan partnership.
Leeds United will deploy the Performance Medicine, Performance Optimization and Coaching & Development Solutions across the first team, alongside iP Core for daily club operations and My iP, the platform’s reporting and visualization layer. The combination brings the club’s medical, performance, coaching and operational workflows onto a single environment and connects first team and Academy on the same infrastructure.
Connecting the football operation on a single platform
iP Core will give Leeds’ football department a single place to coordinate daily operations across the first team, including schedules, communication, planning and cross-departmental workflows. The Performance Medicine, Performance Optimization and Coaching & Development Solutions will run on top, capturing the medical, training, screening, return-to-play and development data that flows through the staff’s daily work, in one shared environment.
My iP, the platform’s reporting and visualization layer, gives Leeds’ staff direct control over how data is presented internally. Medical, performance, coaching and operational staff can build and customize their own dashboards and reports, with views shaped around the questions and decisions specific to their day-to-day responsibilities, drawing on the same underlying data. The capability puts authoring and configuration in the hands of practitioners rather than routed through external tools or providers.
Continuity between Academy and First Team
With both the Academy and first team now on iP: Intelligence Platform, Leeds United will be able to maintain a single, continuous record of every player as they progress through the pathway. The connection is designed to support continuity of medical care, more consistent development planning, and a unified view of the football operation that staff at every level of the club can work from. It also gives Leeds the same architecture used across the Premier League’s Academy ecosystem, with the first team now operating in step with that infrastructure.
