Third Party Sub-Processors

Introduction

To support delivery of our Services, Kitman Labs Limited (“Kitman Labs”) may engage and use subordinate data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a “sub-processor”).  This document provides important information about the identity, location and role of each sub-processor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Services Agreement between Customer and Kitman Labs.

Third Party Sub-Processors

Kitman Labs currently uses third party sub-processors to provide infrastructure services, to help us provide customer support, send email and push notifications, and to deliver certain content in a scalable fashion.  Prior to engaging any third party sub-processor, Kitman Labs performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
