New York, NY and Dublin, Ireland, September 8, 2026 – The National Women’s Soccer League and Kitman Labs, the global leader in performance intelligence, today announced a renewal and expansion of their league-wide partnership. The NWSL has extended its deployment of Kitman Labs’ Performance Medicine Solution across every NWSL club and rolled out My iP, the platform’s reporting and visualization layer, to medical staff at every NWSL club, giving each team’s medical staff their own dashboards and reports built around their role.
The NWSL first deployed Performance Medicine in January 2024, following the original league-wide agreement announced in October 2023. The Solution gives every club a centralized, configurable platform to aggregate and standardize player medical data, and the league has used it to support league-wide medical documentation, evidence-based decision-making and ongoing injury research. The renewal continues that league-wide deployment, with the rollout of My iP marking the next phase of how the league and its clubs work with their medical data.
Building a league-wide medical foundation for the NWSL
The NWSL deployment gives the league a complete, league-wide medical dataset captured in a consistent format across every club, available to support injury research, surveillance and decision-making at both league and club level.
As part of the renewal, every NWSL club will also have access to My iP, the platform’s reporting and visualization layer. Medical staff at each club can build dashboards and reports tailored to their role, surfacing the injury, rehabilitation, screening and availability information most relevant to their day-to-day decisions. The capability extends what has been a league-wide medical data infrastructure into the everyday workflows of practitioners at every NWSL team.
“The NWSL’s continued investment in this partnership reflects how league-level performance technology has matured over the past few years,” said Stephen Smith, Founder and CEO of Kitman Labs. “Across our footprint at the league level, from the NWSL and WSL Football to the Premier League, MLS, the USL Super League and the RFU, we are seeing leagues commit to this technology as core infrastructure. The NWSL renewal is part of that pattern.”
“Two and a half years in, iP has become the backbone of how medical data flows across the league,” said Sarah Gregorius, Vice President of Sporting, NWSL. “The renewal reflects the value our medical teams have drawn from a single, consistent system across every club. With My iP now available to staff at every club, our medical teams have direct control over how they work with that data day to day, in the format that best supports their decisions.”
