Menlo Park, CA — September 3, 2026 — Kitman Labs, the global leader in performance intelligence, today announced a league-wide agreement with League One Volleyball (LOVB), with the nation’s leading youth club platform and a professional league operating at the highest levels of the global game, making iP: Intelligence Platform the performance foundation for every team in LOVB Pro. The partnership will give LOVB Pro a single system to capture, connect and act on athlete health and performance data, replacing fragmented workflows with a consistent approach across the league.Â
Under the agreement, iP: Intelligence Platform’s Performance Medicine and Performance Optimization Solutions will give athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaches and medical staff a shared, real-time view of athlete health, workload and readiness. iP Core provides the operational foundation for workflows, scheduling, communication, permissions and player movement across teams. The platform will also integrate with LOVB’s existing performance technology, including Vald and Catapult, bringing data from the weight room, court and the treatment room into a connected athlete record.
Through My iP, the platform’s intelligence layer, teams will have role-based dashboards, reporting and visualizations tailored to their staff, while LOVB’s sporting team will have a consistent, league-wide picture of athlete health, availability and performance. Permissions-based access allows league administrators to see across teams while limiting each team’s access to its own athletes, balancing league-wide visibility with team autonomy and data privacy.Â
“Women’s sport is where some of the most ambitious performance programs in the world are now being built, and LOVB is setting that standard for volleyball,” said Stephen Smith, Founder and CEO of Kitman Labs. “Building a league-wide model from the ground up is a rare opportunity. It means every team starts on the same foundation, with the same standards and the same intelligence, rather than trying to connect fragmented systems years down the line. That is exactly what performance intelligence should do, and it is why leagues continue to choose us to underpin how they operate.”
“We want to build the best athlete health and performance program in professional sport, and a model the rest of women’s sport can look to,” said Katherine Henry, Head of Pro Health and Wellness at LOVB. “Kitman Labs establishes that foundation for us. Bringing everything into one connected platform gives our staff a clear, real-time picture of every athlete and gives our administrators a consistent view across the league. It unlocks better decisions for our athletes and a standard we can build the future of the league on.”
